Delivery Time

Due to COVID-19 and the locally mandated Shelter In Place orders, we have slowed our shipments to maximize social distancing among our staff. We are exercising extreme caution while preparing orders to ensure the safety of Michael Nesmith, our staff, and our customers. We aim to ship orders within two weeks of receipt at this time. Shipping & Returns Shipping / Tracking

Our Standard Shipping to US is shipped mostly via USPS Priority Mail and takes about 2 - 3 business days. The minimum charge for Standard to US shipping is $9.50 (including handling). You can ship about 4 CDs for $9.50.

Our Express to US method is usually shipped via Federal Express 2-Day. If you would like your order shipped more quickly please call us for a shipping quote. The minimum charge for Express to US is $25.00.

Shipping costs for orders from Videoranch.com depend on the shipping method you choose. The shipping rates for our items are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Shipments While we make every effort to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible, International orders can take as long as 30 days to arrive, though they are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks. Date of final delivery depends on the destination country postal service.

Our Standard International methods are usually shipped via USPS in order to keep the cost of shipping for our International customers as low as possible. The minimum charge for Standard International is $25.00. The minimum charges for Standard to Canada and Standard to Mexico are slightly less than the other International shipping methods. Customs / Duties Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and other fees levied by the destination country. In these cases, the recipient of such an international shipment will be subject to said import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and fees when the shipment arrives at the appropriate international facility. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. By clicking SUBMIT on your order, you are confirming that you understand your responsibility for any import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and/or other fees levied by the country of your shipping address.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information if needed. Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, delays beyond our original delivery estimates can occur and that we are unable to provide any support with international customs offices. All packages are shipped with a completed USPS Customs Declaration Form CN-22 and invoice. We do not mark items as “gifts” and will not accommodate any request to send the package at a lower value.
